I may put a water poly on an outside door. The manfacturer says a waterborne finish is for sun resistant.

Suggestions?

I've used two different ones that I can think of, but it's been quite a while since I've checked on either as to how they are holding up (they're on customers' doors). One is the ZAR brand of exterior waterborne poly (~$20/qt locally, when I can find it), and the other is whatever is packaged in the ThermaTru door finishing kit that you can get to finish their fiberglass doors. I do recall seeing the ZAR product looking fine after about 3 years on fiberglass doors on some rental units I paint from time to time, but it's been a few years since I've been to those particular units.
