They all look great to me. On the cast pine cones, it almost looks like there is resin all the way around the inside edge of the hole--is there? If so, would you tell us how you did that. I keep looking at them to tell you which is my favorite, but couldn't pick out just one. I like the bamboo, Banksia pod, pine cones, timberstrand.....
Thanks for sharing. Pendants are on my list to try, but I have to make a roundtuit first.

Bob, the pine cones are cast in Polyester Resin (Silmar 41) in a cylinder. Then cut into discs. Then it's a multi-axis turning on the lathe. Work on that roundtuit!!

I only saw two at first then I realized that you had to scroll the screen to the right. They look wonderful. I've been turning these for my daughter and her friends but I've not done any this nice. Is the back flat or are you turning both sides?

They are wonderful and loml fell in loves with them too. So now I have to ask if you could share a few details about them. Do you use a vaccuume process on the resin pieces, and what is the diamater?

I use pressure actually on most of my castings. Seems to drive out the bubbles. I'll also use vibration on the pine cone castings. That seems to help too. Feel free to write with more questions to
