Hi everyone, I could really use some help. I have a friend at work and his brother has passed at an early age. He asked if i could make a memorial for him. I have a photo and heres the prob for me. When i do photos i generally do the whole photo, in this case he only wants from the collar line and face. I don't really know how to do a good job of this with good clean lines. If any one can help, I would really appreciate it. Also no background. I have photograv so i can do that part. I just want it to look nice for him.
Thanks

Clipped from collarline.

No background.

Image was pretty noisy, so I de-noised it somewhat; then ran unsharp mask...there's still noise, but it's smaller noise now.

Image seemed wrongly-proportioned, so I added a smidgeon of y axis stretching- it looks right now, but that was just guessing using my ninja senses.

Saved as a .png file with a transparent background
