Another piece of wood that I've had sittin' on the rack for a long time. An old limb ran thru this piece on a diagonal. I don't normally put big feet on bowls, but this one felt right to me. I think it works okay with the void left by the limb, elevating it enough to show it off... but just my opinion.

Beautiful bowl, Mark. I think the foot was a good idea. I like how it elevates the bowl just enough to show the light shining through the hole. But it ain't gonna hold much soup!;)

It doubles as an elevated, diagonal funnel! nice bowl.

Looks really good Mark! Love the wood - real rich color!
Have to think to make an even bigger 'Artistic' statement - it would be cool to put the branch back in through the 2 holes and let folks figure out how he done that!
