This is a small bed side table I made for the LOML out of scrap pine from around the shop. Black walnut stain. Size is about 11 X 16 inches and about 15 inches tall.

Nice work, Jim. I take it since this is posted in the Neander forum that no electrons were consumed?? I kind of like the walnut stain on the pine - gives it a nice patina. What is the topcoat finish?

Thanks John,

A band saw was used to cut the top and the tapers to the legs. All the rest was done with hand saws, planes, chisels and scrapers.

Of course, all the layout was by non-electron using tools.

The topcoat is a tung oil mix followed by wax and oil.

Nice job on the table Jim.

Bonus points for all the hand tool work....
