sharpening router bits?

Does anyone sharpen their own router bits? If so, can you recommend a type of sharpening device to use. I have seen some at rockler but am not sure if these are the type to use. Please let me know. Thanks!

I've used a small diamond stone to touch up a couple carbide bits but for something thats really worn and dull i'd send it to a professional sharpening service or replace it.
