Corel X4 Text Issue [Archive] - Sawmill Creek Woodworking Community

Hi Guys

Don't know how I've done it but when I start typing text in Corel X4 it starts at 270 degrees orientation, Have set it back to 0 degrees but as soon as I start typing again or a new page it goes back to 270? I've looked in the text settings but can't seem to find where to set the orientation back to 0 and save it.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks:confused:

Try changing the orientation to 0 (horizontal) then, under tools, save as default.

Try Ctrl plus comma.

You're welcome. It's not a common problem, not in the top 100 by any means, but it does happen.

That 'feature' is turned on with CTRL with period, which might help you to understand how you might have inadvertently turned it on.

Your right, I probably hit it by mistake when going for Contol + L or K.

Thanks once again, it was really driving me nuts.
