Source for drill chuck key

I have a friend who just bought a dura craft drill press. He needs a 16mm chuck key, must be an odd size. Any ideas?

What is the size of the pilot hole on the chuck? (check it out with a drill bit). Probably a Jacobs K3 or equivalent (5/16 pilot hole).
