I saw that this morning and was interested. It looks like he is using some $20 blanks from Lie Nielsen for the blades. I would want to make some at 1/4" or 3/8" for drawers.

I agree with a lot of the comments asking for more photos and information.

David - that's one awesome picture in your avatar. Is that you in a kayak?
