Scale ship building is a labor of love! I have never attempted it, but did visit a shop in New England that sold the plans, books, kits, etc., and had many completed ships displayed. They were remarkable in detail.

Jacques, you are doing a phenomenal job! Like Mark, I would like to see more pics.

My patience would run out pretty quickly on a project like that - I just can't imagine dedicating years to completion.

Welcome to the Creek Jacques!
Good to have you aboard....

Second time I have seen this ship and I still am amazed.
3,000 hours... How many pieces?
Please keep us up to date on the progress.
This I can't wait to see complete.

Thanks for the post.

Welcome Jacques.. please post some finished ships. I started one of those in my 20's but did not have the patience or time to really get heavy into it. At this point of life... I may not have 3000 hours left! :D
