I want to add a slide out platform to one of my shop cabinets and wondered what degree cup hinge I should use. The cabinets are euro style with full overlay doors. Any help is greatfully appreciated!

The opening angle doesn't matter much. The key issue is that the open door can still protrude into the cabinet opening a bit. And even more so, the hinge bodies protrude into the opening. The usual solution is to make the pull-outs narrow enough to clear the door and/or hinges, and put a spacer between the pull-out and the cabinet wall.

Blum has a cup hinge specifically intended for 3/4" overlay: http://wwhardware.com/catalog.cfm/GroupID/Cabinet%20Hinges/CatID/Cabinet%20Hinges%2C%20Blum%26%23174%3B%20Concealed/SubCatID/120%26%230176%3B%20Plus%20Clip%20Top%20Overlay%20H inge
