Prazi beam cutter?

I just got a Prazi beam cutter and tried to install it on my Bosch 1677 worm drive, but it doesn't fit unless I remove the blade guard. Trouble is, I can't figure out how to remove it. Seems the guard rides on a bearing that is pressed in.

Any suggestions?

Any chance you could find an assembly picture/Parts list on the web, that might get you going in the right direction. If not, give them a call, I'm sure they'd help you out.
