Does anyone know of a material that can be lasered then stuck to a window and read from the outside. So the sticky side has to be laserable.

Can you put some 3M clear double-sided tape sheets on RowMark and engrave?

it is for room numbers on the outside windows of a school building. I think the tape might look a little tacky (no pun intended)

The tape is clear... you'll never see it if it's rolled down correctly, considering it will cover the entire sign. How else do you expect to get a sticky side without tape, rubber cement?

What about vinyl cling material? You can buy it at any office supply place for your printer, print whatever you like and cut it out with scissors (old technology, but it works)... not for the laser, I think.

Any reason you couldn't use 3M spray adhesive? It would open up the possibility to pretty much anything you can run in the laser, then spray it before application. BORG carries 3 different levels of the spray adhesive. Since it's kids, I'd go for "impervious to nuclear blast":)

Thanks for everyones helps as always. I was trying to laser something but this just gave me a reason to buy a vinyl cutter. Decals it is!
