I made 7 of these pens for a client to give as awards to her employees... my first time turning the invisavue blanks, and I'll have to say I like the way they look. They're a little different than other acrylics it seems... lower melting point which means slower speeds.

You been busy!

Beautiful pen! Your customer must have been thrilled to have received 7 of them!

Both boxes are great but the contrasting colors of the Ebony really grab the attention!

Keep up the great work!

The ebony box reminds me of a pecan. Very nice on the others as well.

I like the boxes. Nice wood and nice forms. My wife does not care for spikey points on the lid of a box.

Nice work, really like the ebony box, very striking. Did you find yourself resharpening a lot more often working with the invisivue?

Nice fit and finish on the pen. Interesting boxes designs as well

Dan- I definitely spent more time sharpening with those invisavue blanks... I will charge more for the next ones if anybody wants them in the future. I don't really enjoy turning acrylics and these may be my least favorite that I've turned.
