Anybody help me out here?

I'd like to make several for Christmas gifts and I have plenty of "flat stock" to make them out of. I just need to know the process?

Anyone got a web site that shows the process or do you do it and can tell me here?

It's a carver's game.
I've seen people using sanders to shape 'em
I'd take the approach that best suits the tools you have. Tines and shapes cut on the BS or coping saw, spoon bowls carved with a scorp or even a chisel
then carving the more interesting lines.

Carving? I don't know "jack" about carving and I have little to Zero tools that would be considered traditional carving tools. The only carving I am familiar with is "carving my fingers when I commonly slip with a chisel". :o
