Bidding Floor Refinishing

Does anybody know the going price for sanding and Varathaning wood floors? I did some a few years back but would like to know the per square foot price in various areas.

I don't have my own floor sander and have used the Flecto-Varathane orbital rental sanders. They aren't very agressive but are fairly safe in regard to gouging the wood. I finish up with the belt sander and hand sander.

Here in Utah that would go for about 3.00 a foot. More depending on the type of finish applied.
