I just wanted to share a great experience I had buying wood.
I ordered some wood online from woodturningblanks.com, and when I received it there was one piece that was badly cracked and one with a warp that I wasn't thrilled with.
I send an email telling them about my order, and Mark replied very quickly. I told him I could probably make the warped piece work but I wouldn't mind a replacement for the cracked piece. That day he sent out beautiful replacements for both pieces.
I definitely give them a positive recommendation.
