Does anyone know if Kieth of Woodtreks will be making more videos? He was such a good videographer and I love watching his work. If you have never watched you are in for a real treat.

Edit: Change tittle to avoid confusion with Treks decking.

James

I have watched a couple of his videos and have also found them very helpful, especially the dimensioning lumber one.

I just received this message from Keith C. @ www.woodtreks.com (http://www.woodtreks.com). I hope you will visit his site in show of your support of his generous contribution to woodworking knowledge on the net. Here is a link to what others have to say about his efforts. http://woodtreks.com/raves/

Judging from his past videos. When he makes this statement below " I'm featuring a truly outstanding artisan and expert in these areas.". I for one believe we are in for a real treat.

Hi James:

This past year our family relocated back to San Diego and as a result, we have been in an re-settling phase - getting a new house in order, getting my editing suite back online and getting my shop set-up. Substantial progress has been made and so now I can let you know with certainty that new videos are prepared and ready for release very soon - likely within a week or so. I think you will enjoy them. (Topics are "the virtues of animal protein glues", old school "hammer veneering", and more. I'm featuring a truly outstanding artisan and expert in these areas. More details soon. If you get around online in forums, etc, feel free to let others now that WoodTreks is still kicking with more adventures to come. New videos are on the way!

Thanks for your concern.

Best Regards,

Keith

Thanks for sharing this with us. I didn't know about this website.

Currently, I'm in the learning stages of making hand cut dovetails. The DT videos on this website are the best that I've seen thus far. Mr. Stevens "lesson" was very helpful, thorough and very easy to understand. In my practice cuts so far I've been doing tails first. Now, I'm gonna try pins first!

Both the craftsmanship and the video work are top notch. Thanks again for sharing this info.
