Delta 46-455 midi lathe good price?

I have a chance to pick up a "like new" Delta 46-455 midi lathe with the bed extension table and 4 turning tools for $265.00

I've never done any turning and thought this might be a gloat worthy price to get started. I would appreciate anyones imput and oppinions on this lathe.

That's a great deal! A quite decent lathe to start on, you can do a heck of a lot on that lathe. They sell new for $499. If you intend do to spindles, that plus a bed extension might be all the lathe you ever need. Although, the vortex of turning will quickly grab you and you'll spend another chunk of change in a hurry once you realize how much fun turning actually is.
