Basement bedroom circuit questions

I'm finishing a bedroom and bathroom in our basement and have a question about the circuits. I know code now requires Arc Fault protected circuits in the basement bedroom. Is this true for a basement bathroom? I was also wondering if I run the bathroom off of the bedroom circuit, will the Arc Fault be sufficient to protect the bathroom outlet?

no, you can not substitute arc's for bathroom quick disconects.

Jeff, does that mean the bathroom needs to be on it's own circuit? I'd prefer not to tie up an entire breaker slot for one outlet and one light/bath fan.
