Lathe Maintenance?

While using my beloved Mustard this morning I started to think that I have never done anything but turn on/turn off this lathe for almost 2 years!

What kind of maintenance do you perform on your lathes?

Clean and wax the ways, blow everything out with compressed air and every few months take the tailstock apart, clean and lightly lube.

Steve, what do you use for lube in the tailstock? Would silicon grease be okay?
