ENCO Mini lathe

I wondering if anyone has the ENCO mini lathe model BT199-9050 and can provide an assessment of it.

i looked at it, and it might work for a light duty pen lathe or a light duty ornament lathe. it is ment to be a light duty mini metal lathe
