Grizzly Ceramic BandSaw Guides... $79.00

Has anyone tried or have a set of these ceramic guides? If so what are your thoughts? I know Luguna gets high marks for thers.

I can't comment on the Grizzly, but do have the Laguna, and my comments would probably mirror what you have already heard. I have no desire to go back to bearings. You can set the ceramic's right up on the band. The Grizzly look like they might actually be easier to set than the Laguna, and that's saying a lot. Seems like a pretty painle$$ upgrade to me. Given the relatively low price, and Grizzly's C/S rep, if it were me, I'd give it a shot.

I'll have to pay a visit to the Grizzly site to see if they have them as an upgrade for a 14" Delta. Thanks for the heads-up.

Laguna has an upgrade for the Delta-not anywhere near that price though :eek:.
