I know this is off subject however I am looking for 3D drawings of 20ft and 40ft standard ISO containers. Anyone have a lead?

Wasn't this same request brought up just a month or two ago? I posted a link to a 3D model of one...

I did some looking around. I am assuming that that when you say #D you mean CAD not a 2D rendering of a 3D object. I was surprised at how hard it is to find a good drawing. Everyone wants to charge a bundle for them.

Depending on how accurate you need. These folks do very detailed stuff at reasonable(?) prices:

For less detailed I found some good ones on SketchUp

Go to 3dcontentcentral.com, in the search function, type in shipping container, the first two hits that come back are a 20 and a 40 foot container.

Available for download in Solidworks and a ton of other formats. Are you looking for a 3D CAD file or a picture of a container that is shot from an angle, not straight on so it has some depth? If it is CAD files, I have downloaded both of those files and they are compliant to ISO shipping container specifications.
