Attached is an ornament I downloaded from somewhere, I made several of them last year. This year I need to do a few & can't remember how to do it & I can't find the instructions. Can someone tell me how to do it or tell me where to find it. Thanks.

Thanks Dave,

I never found what I was looking for but I just bought Graphics Unleased X3 & there is a tutorial for the envelope tool (which I had not been able to figure out before). It's a little different than my old design but it's probably stronger. I wrote the instructions out & thought someone else might be able to use it. I really hope I'm not the only one who didn't understand that tool!!

Linda,
I think you are missing one step, the way you have it in some letters like the "O's" an "A's" the inner parts will fall out, since the actual letters are hollow and not part of the material and I thing you want the letters be part of the material right? OK then, refer to the attachment to see an example and instruction on how to do the missing step. I hope it helps.

Linda your an angel. I have been trying to do that for a couple of weeks (searching SMC) to make orniments for the holiday's. Your instructions are dead on just have to adjust line sizes and convert to object then weld everything together.

Thank you soooo much

Ruben, I currently use X2 and was not able to load your directions. Is it possible to put it up as a CMX file or dumb it down to X2.

Thank you,

Jim

Here is in version 9, just keep in mind that this is just a complementary of Linda's instructions, follow Linda's instructions first then use my instructions to finalized.

Edit to add: One more thing, if you like to fill it for display purposes, after doing my instructions step, just select all the ornament then "ungroup all" then "Combine", after this you would be able to fill it with any color you want.

Ruben, Thank you very much for the instructions.
It works beautifully.

The things that you can do with Corel amazes me.
