Minimax S45 bandsaw questions

I found a used MM S45 for sale. It looks nothing like the curent model. Does anyone know the approximate age of this saw, and what it might be worth in good working condition? Also, from the pic, it appears to have a very narrow base. This may just be an illusion from a bad pic, but is this saw a tip over risk? What about a mobile base for it? What is the horse power? The tag in it is hard to read, but maybe 1.3hp.

Looks very close to my used 2004 model I picked up 2 months ago. Yellow was used late 80's as I bought a mini max sander in 89 and it's yellow. I also have a T-124 lathe , yellow, no date for it. My S45 has 2.4 hp. It came with a Kreg fence and a mobility frame. Lot's of power. well made saw!
