I've found myself placing a flurry of online orders at Woodcraft lately. Let's see, there was the can't miss Lie-Nielsen deal, the can't miss shop stool deal, the can't miss router bit deal, the can't miss clamp deal ... this bargain-hunting is getting expensive.

Anyway, the service I've gotten has been consistently outstanding. Blazing fast order processing, no hold times on the phone, friendly and competent customer service. When fedex lost a package, woodcraft sent me out another the next day, no hassle and they apologized. I emailed to cancel a backorder and got a response within a minute. I ordered four cabinet clamps on a monday -- free shipping -- and they're at my door wednesday. Far superior to the service I've gotten from, say, amazon over the years.

Anyhow, I haven't seen much here about their service, so I thought I'd pass along my experience and see if others have done as well with them.
