HF 4" jointer? Anyone every use it?

Ok since I am building up my little shop to do segmented pens, I figure I could most likely use a jointer, since I know my cuts will not be perfect at first.

Budget is like nil here, and noticed that HF has a 4" one for 99.99 bucks. Anyone have any use on this one?
