kudos for Jet

I posted a lathe problem last week. I tried everthing I could think of to seperate the tail screw from the sleeve...short version, never got them apart.

On Thursday morning, I called Jet and ordered the two parts, I am not in a hurry so went with the cheapest shipping---5 day ground.

I was out of town yesterday, they were on my front porch this morning when I went out to get yesterday's mail.

That is an excellent way to keep me as a customer!
