I read a couple of post today after doing a search for micro adjust fence and found http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?t=82032&highlight=fine+adjust+fence which was really nice but too extravagant for my purpose and also http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?p=29090#poststop
and after googling the info found there I found the exact page

After a few minutes looking over the info I came up with what is shown here in a couple pictures.:)
