corel problem

Ok, I searched SMC found alot of reading but I still have my problem. I created on outline around an object I want to cut an weld a hanging eye. My outline is getting worst the more I fool with it

Your outline is made up of double lines that are making what you want to do very difficult. There are also open paths (joints not connected) that will not cut correctly. I would try to retrace it with a single line then weld the eye on. Zoom way in to see the multiple lines.

Thank You,Duane an Scott. I had so many bits an peices an don't know how the line duplicated. I had my original image an created a boundry, than parts of image got in the way. I than started deliting nodes, an added lines. How would you go about adding a border??
