"Red Diamond" finishing hammer

Hey guys,
I recently received from my 85 year old father some hand-me-down tools that he wanted me to be sure to have. The cooolest thing so far is an 18" wood (cherry) level made by "Stanley Rule and Level Co" which dates it prior to 1920 when the company changed its name to The Stanley Works. I thought I had a piece of gold, but they're only fetching around $20 on the internet. Can you believe it! One item I haven't found alot of info on is a Stanley #460 SW (sweetheart) mitre box with the original 30X6 inch Disston saw. I plan on calling Stanley. He also gave me a small finishing hammer. The handle is wood and the steel head has the stamp, "Red Diamond". Google gives me absolutely nothing! Has any of you heard of this tool brand?? My grandfathers and parents grew up in the Hartford Connecticut area; maybe that will help. Thank you, Bill

On a Google search, try putting phrases in quote marks to refine the search.

Using that technique, I found an auction in Indianapolis coming up this October 16-17. Among the items for sale are some other Red Diamond brand tools (draw knives).
