Help, My motor is smoking- Not the blade- Smell electrical burning- Sears doesn't sell it anymore - Motor Model # 62962 - Can these be rebuilt- I saw some parts online for the motor- is it worth it- I love the saw- Does anyone sell an aftermarket direct drive motor???

You may want to check CList and see if you can pick up the same saw someone is getting rid of.

May be cheaper than a replacement motor. Then again maybe this is your excuse to upgrade to a bigger saw.
