Maybe its just me but I hate putting in the offset shim on the out feed fence. You have to take all three of the nuts off the bolts, put the shim on and then put the nuts back on and feed them into the slot. (PITA)
Tonight I had enough, now I can just loosen the bolts slide the shim in and then tighten them back up, really fast and easy.
I laid it on the bench and clamped a straight edge on top and then with a box cutter I cut the center out, sanded the edges and that's about it.
Here is a before and after.
The before is the bottom one and the after is the top if you are having a problem see the difference......:D:D
