Was thinking of buying a Powermatic lathe from them.

Wondered if they were dependable.

Yes they are good people who have been in business for a long time. I wouldn't anticipate any problems at all.

Yep, good people. I have bought from them frequently. Always good service and a friendly policy as well.

I have bought many hand tools and a few machines from them. They are a brick and mortar outfit as well that is local to me. Friendly people, very good pricing. I have never had a problem. I have never used their shipping as they are less than 30 minutes from my shop. Nice store if you ever get teh chance to visit.
