Foley Belsaw Band Saw good/bad?

There is a guy in town selling all his woodworking stuff. He has a Foley Belsaw Bandsaw. Is this bandsaw any good and what is a fair price for a 14" band saw?
What is the history of Foley-Belsaw?

Did you look over at OWWM? Forget that. Just looked, not much there without searching the discussions.

I've never seen a Foley bandsaw, but their other machines I've seen seemed lighter compared to other brands.

I can't speak to the quality, but I think you should be able to pick it up pretty cheap. If not you could get one really cheap in Tennessee, where WoodworkingMachinery.com, (the auction arm of Ex-Factory.com), had two FBs up for auction recently (with a starting bid of $5) and didn't get an offer on either one.
