I received this blank from a guy who is an excellent caster, who also has a ready supply of pheasant feathers. For some of you out there and you know who you are ;} - no animals were injured to make this blank.

Turned primarily with a skew, micromeshed, CA glue followed by a Novus 3-2-1 polish.

Comments recommendations for improvement appreciated!

Mike, Could be dangerous if the pheasants unionize and ask for prepresentation in a lawsuit! Nice looking pen though! Cool colors and great for us outdoorsman!

Thanks,

Jeff

Michael,
Nice pen. Picture looks a bit shakey. Did you use a tripod?

The Novus polish system works well on faceshields. Need to do the headlight covers on my truck, and may try it on a lacquer finish.

Good looking pen Michael! Sure has a 3-D effect going for it! Never would have thought of using feathers inside a pen! Sure works though!
