Are these SOSS hinges?

I am in the midst of building this table and want to make sure that these are SOSS hinges, and am looking for any advice to install them to handle the leaves as shown.

Yup they are SOSS. You will see those types and round "barrel" SOSS which are easier to mount than the mortise kind since you just drill a hole for them.
