Our good friends are having their 10th anniversary in a week. I want to do something special for them. He is a famous photographer of hula, so I want to do something a bit more sophisticated than usual, a fun thing, or something they could show in their gallery.
I don't care about anything except making them a memorable and attractive gift.
Suggestions?

A short tripod?
EDIT: Ah sorry, that's limbo dancing.
Dee's ideas are much better anyway.

Since it is their 10th, which is traditionally the tin/aluminum and now diamond anniversary:
1. stud a pair of silver hula hoops with rhinestones
2. embed some rhinestones in silver acrylic made into a puzzle using either a photo or montage of them
3. make a picture frame with silver colored inlay using a Hawaiian motif
4. laser some orchids on flat white shells and make them into a windchime or mobile (go ahead, glue on some rhinestones!)
5. vector cut a bunch of orchids out of wood and make into leis for them.
Just a few ideas, dee

Dee: thanks, I especially like the wood orchid lei idea!
and it's much better than lei made from cockroaches and geckoes.
