old chisels, new handles?

I have a bunch of old chisels that need new handles. I was thinking of buying some handles from Lee Valley, but I don't know how to set the tang of the chisel into the wood of the chisel handle. Can someone please let me know how to do this? Thanks -Howard

Even if you're not turning them yourself, like the author does, the method for fitting to the sockets will still apply. I use a surform or rasp to remove wood.
