Just realized my tiebars were not parallel and that helped tremendously. But what is an acceptable run out for the blade? Currently I am at .004" from a dial indicator.

Is the run out at the face of the arbor, or at the edge of the blades? What kind of cut are you getting? Is saw leaving scoring marks? In other words, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

If it is direct drive, that is the movement of the motor shaft. If belt driven, I would consider that to be the maximum.

Achieved zero run out on arbor and 0.001 on blade at tip. I assume I can't get much better. It is tedious with a contractors saw though.

The blade manufcturers seem to agree on 0.001" of runout per inch of diameter as "within spec" but I have yet to see more than 0.005" of runout on a good blade. (in the blade itself, not the arbor)
If you have 0.001" runout at the edge (below the gullets), you are doing fine!
