I have some objects that I am vector cutting. Because some of the cutouts were cut and pasted I get the laser jumping all over the place cutting out various little squares. I know I can go in and manualy set the layer order but some of these things have 100's of cutouts.

Is there any kind of script that can sort these things based on proximity?

Enable the sort option in the laser printer driver.

This is enabled and it makes no difference. I am using the Epilog 64-bit driver and its very possible that it does not work.

It works better with the latest 32bit driver, but it still falls short of my expectations.
