Christopher Schwarz has put up a review (http://blog.woodworking-magazine.com/blog/Review+Stanley+No+62.aspx) on his blog of the new Stanley No. 62 low angle jack.

It sounds like the new plane has some problems, but Stanley is working to correct them.

Yeah, I read that. It seems for a "premium" line of planes most, if not all, of those problems should have been corrected BEFORE they were released. Especially the mouth adjustment problem. If you're wanting WW's to consider this line as a less expensive alternative to LN or LV you should at least get it close, right? I was wondering if I should have waited for the shoulder plane release before I got my LN, but now I think I made the right choice.

I have the L-N 62 and it is sweet. I also have the comfort knowing that if something were wrong L-N would fix it pronto. I wonder if Stanley will correct all of the 62’s they’ve already sold.
