Sliding Glass Doors

Anyone have any experience installing sliding glass doors on a cabinet? I've built the box for a 6'x2'x2' display case, and I'd like to put some sliding doors on the front of it, but I'm not sure what size glass to buy and whether or not I can use something as simple as plastic E-Track (as I've done on smaller cases with lighter doors). Also, I'm not exactly sure how I'd hide the track in the face frame.

At this point, all I have is a plywood box, open on one side. If is isn't already obvious, I'm very new to woodworking, so any advice would be appreciated.
