Very well done and the box really makes it an exquisit piece. Very classy. That would be a good pen to have engraved and maybe the box as well. Makes a bold statementy. Great choice of kits. You do not mention what the wood is on the pen. I assume the sides of the box are the same. Is it ebony??? What is the finish on the pen and how about the box??? Thanks for the replys and thanks for showing.

Thanks a lot for the kind comments,

@John: I did mention the wood, but maybe didn't make it clear enough:
African BlackWood for pen and sides of box.
The finish is OSMO hardwax oil ( on both ). The oil is a mixture of plant oils
but without tungoil. It's very hardwearing and feels quite pleasant.

Very professional result! Small tip on photography: the most representative pic in my opinion is the 2nd from right side, but in it the lower ring of the cap is hidden. Same in pic on right .

Thanks. I would never have gotten those initials for the wood.:) Once again great job on both pieces.
