Hi,

Does anyone know anything about the JET JBTS-10MJS? http://www.amazon.com/Jet-JBTS-10MJS-10-Inch-Jobsite-Table/dp/B001O0D6MO
I'm looking at getting a saw along the line of this. I can find plenty of reviews of the Bosch and Ridgid saws which are similar to this but can't find anything as far as actual user/owner reviews on this. I don't have room or a way to get a real contractor saw into my basement or else I'ld just get one of those.

If anyone has any additional suggestions for smaller, harder to get stuff in and out of spaces I'ld like to hear them.

Hello,
I believe that Jet model is new. That could explain why there's a lack of information. Jet's come out with a few new products in the last few months that no one seems to want to be the first to pull the trigger on.
Their 8" and 10" jointer/planer for example.

Anyhow - my Ridgid TS 3660 contractor's saw came in a box that could have easily gone into a basement.
The base, motor & extension wings were all seperate pieces.

The people that I know that use job-site TS's use the DeWalt or the Bosch.

The current issue of Popular Woodworking has an article on jobsite saws. They review the Jet as well as others.

Their pick was the Bosch.

If you don't get the magazine, maybe their website would have something.
