Jack Diemer advertised a 14.4 V PC drill w/ flashlight in the Woodworkers Classifieds forum. It arrived today and is in good shape. Will go right beside my other one and share batteries as well as minimize bit changes.

Enjoy the Drill, I will have to gloat my 4 tool 18V Ridgid kit I replaced it. :D :D :D (Had to sell some tools to justify the expense)
