Alert - Ridged table saw recall!

About 3,000 Ridged 10-inch table saws, made in China and distributed by One World Technologies, Inc., of Anderson, S.C. The table saw's arbor shaft can fail when used with a stacked dado set. The stacked dado blade set can be ejected from the saw, posing a potential laceration hazard. The recall involves Ridged 10-inch table saws, model R4511. They were sold at Home Depot stores nationwide from January through July of this year.

FYI, this is the Ridgid hybrid saw which is being recalled and not the contractor saws or bench top saws.

Yep - It'd be nice if one of the staff (hint hint hint) added a tag to the tilte of the thread what the Ridgid R4511 is.
Maybe something like Ridgid R4511 Table Saw.

I know I had to open the post and click on the link and download the .pdf file before I had a clue as to what an R4511 was.
