Ok, so it turns out the time and materials job I've just about finished was someone elses bid and no one told yours truly "Go to...and make...". Yours truly went and made. Everyone else makes out like Bandits, your correspondent gets burned to the tune of $1143.50*. :mad:

Cliff, after re-reading my post, I understand your confusion, it is laden with stream of conciousness punctuation :o Suffice to say I wasn't given all the information I needed and I got burned at an inopportune time. Oh Bother as Winnie the Pooh might say..
