Called Grizzly about my 3hp dust collector today. It worked great last night, and would not start this evening. Called Grizzly CS and was on hold for only 1 minute. Spoke to Justin and we solved the problem in about 2 minutes. The bolt that holds the contacts to the motor shaft was loose. This is the first time I had to use CS, but it was a great experience.

I'm beginning to think that Justin is a one-man tech support machine. Every issue I've had has been handled by him.

Why don't you shoot Grizzly an email and tell them about Justin - that way good service will continue.

I called back and talked to his manager, and let them know what a great job he did.

WEll done gang. Its by letting folks know we appreciate the good CS that it will remain an important idea in their minds ;-) There are a few vendors that I go out of my way to buy from for reasons just like these.
